Client-Side File Transfer

SoftArtisans' file transferring products extend beyond the server. SoftArtisans offers a separate rich client-side tool to add functionality to your file transfer applications. SoftArtisans XFileSE operates independently of the primary editions of FileUp.

SoftArtisans' client-side tool gives end users the ability to

• Transfer unlimited size files (when used with FileUp Enterprise Edition)
• Resume broken transfers (when used with FileUp Enterprise Edition)
• Preset files for upload
• Preset Save locations for download
• Upload and download entire directories

SoftArtisans XFile is a powerful HTTP client that can be used from any client that supports COM, such as a standard HTML file, an ASP or ASP.NET page, within Visual Basic, as an ActiveX control, or through the Windows Shell Extension. Learn more about XFile

There is also an enterprise editions of XFile which can be used with either FileUpSE or FileUpEE on the server. There is no upload size limit when you use XFileEE with FileUpEE on the server. The enterprise edition, which is only available through FileUp Enterprise Edition, also includes resumable uploading and downloading.
